Last week in STEM...3rd grade experimented with drops of water on buttons, Kindergarten made play-doh insects, 1st grade used magnets to drive hot wheels through mazes, and 2nd grade went outside to experiment with instruments & sound.

Jr. High Band & Chorus had a wonderful time at their field trip to the St. Louis Symphony last Thursday.

Starting this month, at each monthly School Board meeting, grade levels will take turns sharing their latest happenings in the Cougar Classroom Chronicles. For this first month, Early Childhood and Kindergarten are featured. Enjoy!

Smithton School won the Scholar Bowl Conference this past weekend. Mrs. Runyon led the team and Connor Weissenborn was the toss-up winner! Way to go Cougars!
