Last week in STEM...5th grade created summer villages & 6th grade built games from boxes
4th Grade enjoyed their field trip to the St. Louis Science Center last week.
Don't forget to bring a box of cereal by tomorrow morning for our school-wide dominoes game. All boxes will then be donated to the Smithton Food Pantry!
1st Grade had Popcorn with the Principals on Monday to thank them for all they do! They ate popcorn together and had a Q&A session.

Week 3 of Passion Projects in Ms. Servos' class included Brook Schneider with a passion for dog grooming, Aaron Keeney with a passion for police work and Zak Kurtz with a passion for fire fighting.
Our 8th graders visited the St. Louis Holocaust Museum Thursday. They learned about Holocaust survivors that came to St. Louis after WWII to make it their home and heard from the child of survivors.
Congratulations to our Illinois Principal Association Award recipients, Lexi Fisaga and Mason O'Sullivan. We are very proud of their accomplishments and can't wait to see the great things they will continue to achieve.

In week 2 of their Passion Projects, 5th graders heard from Austin Seibert - NFL placekicker - and his passion for football and Sam Bauer and aircraft engineer and mechanic. Additional passions discussed were massage therapy and yoga instructing.
