Smithton Student of the Month for April is Avery Parker. Avery was chosen for this award by the faculty and administration of the school. The award was presented to Avery for displaying a good work ethic, outstanding character, and good behavior. Avery also shows respect, leadership, willingness to help her peers, and kindness to others. Avery will receive a plaque and a gift card from the school.
Avery is the son of Andrew and April Parker. He enjoys playing soccer and helping his dad and grandpa on the farm. His plans for the future are to become a veterinarian. Avery enjoys school and believes education is very important. His favorite quote is "Do good and good will come to you."
