The Smithton School Student of the Month for October 2023 is Will Nych. Will was chosen for this award by the faculty and administration of the school. The award was presented to Will for displaying a good work ethic, outstanding character, and good behavior. Will also shows respect, leadership, willingness to help their peers, and kindness to others. Will will receive a plaque and a gift card from the school.
Will is the child of Scott and Mandie Nych. Will enjoys skateboarding, drawing, collecting rocks, chess, climbing trees, playing outside and painting. Will plans on enlisting in the military. If a military career does not work out then Will would like to research plants. Will loves music, including experimenting with it, playing it and listening to it.
